Our Typical day:
7:00 AM Morning energizer: Qi-Gong or Stretch followed by exercise circuit training
8.00 AM Breakfast- A bounty of fresh fruit and high quality dishes to fuel your active day!
9:30 AM Off-site activity - Local adventures that will surprise you with fitness challenges that venture further afield! All of our locations are picked for their uniquely beautiful landscapes and we make an effort to incorporate the countryside at every turn.
Activities include: Hiking, Kayaking, Cycling, Surfing (in Portugal and Canary Islands locations, one surf lesson is included), Swimming, exploring the local culture. We also take time to relax and enjoy the landscapes during every activity!
12:00 PM Picnic Lunch - Variety of delicious and nutrient packed salads, home made energy bars, and fruit to fuel your body
2:30 PM Functional training: Kettlebells, Core conditioning
3:30 PM Optional: Relax, Massage, nutrition or fitness chats, and one-on-one nutrition and/or fitness (Boxing, Weight training)
6:00 PM Restorative Yoga, Reaxation Strech
7:15 Briefing: Learn all about the fun that awaits tomorrow!
7:30 PM Delicious Dinner- refuel your body after all the hard work!
