Reza Niam, founder
As a high performance fitness specialist
and holistic nutrition coach, Reza knows how to bring out the best in everybody. Reza has been successfully coaching
fitness & nutrition internationally for over 12 years. In addition to numerous diplomas in fitness, holistic
health and nutrition, Reza holds an Engineering degree from Ryerson University
in Toronto and has extensive corporate experience. Reza continuous his passion for true wellness through extensive research and studies on stress & nutrition and their effect on health and weight management. He has been featured
in numerous articles of Men's Health magazine UK as their fitness expert.

Lily Rose Sequoia, trainer & massage therapist
Lily joins purescapes from Brighton, England. She first qualified as a Fitness Professional at University of California, Santa Barbara in 2000. Since then
she has trained and worked across the globe from London
to Melbourne with some of the world's best-known fitness
organizations, including The Australian Institute of Fitness,
Gold's Gym, Fitness First, and The C.H.E.K (Corrective
Holistic Exercise Kinesiology) Institute. Lily's personal
achievements include the New York Marathon, the Monaco
Ironman 70.3 and numerous triathlons. Lily is a Sport Massage Therapist and a C.H.E.K Exercise Coach as well as C.H.E.K
Holistic Life Coach, and Fourth Dimension Holistic Life Coach.

David Sheppard, trainer, holistic nutrition coach, massage therapist
After serving as a Paratrooper in the British army David started his journey as a personal trainer. David's purpose when
working with clients is to use his knowledge, enthusiasm
and passion to inspire real change so that anybody can
reach their dreams and goals. A certified personal trainer,
CHEK practitioner and holistic lifestyle coach, David is
a passionate student of human potential. David is currently
studying Chinese medicine and has great interest in Buddhism.

Greg Wells,
PhD, sports science consultant & endurance sports expert
Greg is a scientist and physiologist who specializes in health and
performance in extreme conditions. Most recently, Dr. Wells was the host
of the Gemini-Award winning “Superbodies”
segments for Canada’s national Olympic broadcast and the on-camera
sport science and sport medicine analyst for the CTV Broadcast
Consortium, ABC News and ABC’s 20/20 during the 2010 Vancouver Olympics.
Dr. Wells’ on-camera analysis will be a part of CTV’s 2012 Olympic
broadcast in London. Dr. Wells is also a regular contributor to CTV’s
Canada AM, and has appeared on TSN’s Off the Record.
Dr. Wells is currently an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of
Physical Education and Health and in the Department of Anesthesia at the
University of Toronto. He is also a scientist in Physiology and

Holly Hay, trainer, yoga instructor, massage therapist and nutrition coach
From Seattle, Holly brings a passion for wellness of body, mind, and spirit. She has a diverse background in yoga, massage and meditation, having travelled and studied in South Korea, the USA and across India. With certificates in personal training, yoga, holistic nutrition, and massage therapy as well as a Masters degree in counseling, Holly works with groups and individuals to explore and improve their total health. For several years Holly has taught in schools and fitness centres around the world.
